Let's be honest, the bar at Hotel Ginette à la Folie could be more aptly named the “Bliss” bar since it has unearthed a few local rarities: in the lounge, lavishly decorated with books, board games, candleholders without candles and other curiosities tucked in the corners, you can concoct your elixir of choice by using our notebook filled with cocktail recipes devised by the in-house team. A shot of “Mentheuse” (a refreshing crème de menthe), a zest of “Pulpeuse” with a dash of lemon for a long drink, a thirst for organic “Guinguettes” - fruity sparklers that are “Oh So Ginette!” - one apple-raspberry, the other apple-ginger… take your pick!
